Managing PartnerJay brings over 19 years of experience as a licensed appraiser and broker, offering clients a rare blend of real estate expertise, market insight, and hands-on renovation knowledge.
With a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and an M.Ed. from East Carolina University, Jay’s professional path has included service in the U.S. Coast Guard, time as a teacher and coach, and work as a remodeling contractor.
This unique combination makes him an exceptional advisor—skilled in both strategic planning and practical execution. Today, Jay leads Anchorage Real Estate Advisors with a focus on helping clients navigate appraisals, renovations, and investment opportunities with clarity and confidence.
He lives in Bedford, NH with his wife and daughter.
